*Please note: As this listing combines two separate units, there are a couple of shared areas:
• The little sofa at the patio below the balcony
• Outdoor tap: Located next to the stairs, this tap is perfect for rinsing off sand from your beach adventures and is shared between both condos.
Additionally, the parking spot next to the exterior stairs is reserved exclusively for guests of the Deluxe Seaside House. you will of course have access to quite a few free parking spots around the building.
